Refund Policy

“Uncle Nicks Deli “ is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased food from Uncle Nicks Deli and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested immediately.

Refunds of Food Items:
To be eligible for refund, the following steps must be taken:
  1. Refund must be requested via call by contacting us at (618) 416-8655
  2. Request of refund must be made within the same day of the original purchase date
  3. Food must be returned to Uncle Nicks Deli immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting unclenicksdeli@gmail (dot) com as directed in step 1.
  4. The item(s) must be not fully eaten and with the proof of purchase, as determined in Uncle Nicks Deli sole, reasonable discretion.

Non-returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase from
  • Fully eaten food
